This three home project is located 1/4 mile from the beach in Venice, CA. It is a small lot subdivision that was completed in 2014. Each home is about 2,000 sq. ft. The front two are nearly identical while the rear home is configured differently since it sits above the six parking stalls required for the project. The homes come with 180 sq. ft. operable glass walls to connect the living room to the courtyard. The units are all equipped with roof decks with sweeping views from the ocean to the mountains. The split level living room features a suspended mezzanine and a 20′ wide operable window wall that can be opened to truly connect the interior and exterior spaces.
