The six homes are approximately 1,850 square feet each. Each home is three bedrooms, two baths. The site is zoned with a 45′ height limit which permits the roofline to change drastically. This not only gives the master bedroom a 14′ vaulted ceiling, it also alleviates the “big box” look that many small-lot developments succumb to.
