In 1990, Roxanna was brought to the US from Guatemala to work as an Administrative Assistant for a small aerospace manufacturer. As the aerospace sector diminished, she was determined to pursue the American dream. She decided to enter the residential real estate profession and obtained her license in 1992. She outreached into the community by demonstrating the elements and benefits of home ownership to first time buyers, offering seminars in local churches. She speaks Spanish and English fluently, with some knowledge of French and Italian.
Her work experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac during the height of the foreclosure market in 1994-1997 gave her and in-depth knowledge of the foreclosure process. In 2001, she became a Certified Appraiser and has appraised residential real estate throughout most of Southern California and has served as an analyst for complex properties.
Having lived in Downtown Los Angeles since 1994, she maintains a huge rolodex of places to go, special places for shopping and the best places for entertainment in the neighborhood to help her clients enjoy the urban experience.
In 2008 she decided to join Loftway’s winning team to take her business to the next level.
